Our Mission

To educate and inspire our community by honoring the rich history and evolution of law enforcement in Phoenix, promoting a partnership built on honesty, accuracy, fairness, and mutual respect.

Our Vision

To be a premier cultural destination that inspires a deep appreciation for the history of law enforcement, promoting a city where the police and community move forward together with mutual understanding and unwavering integrity.

Our Core Values

  • Integrity First – We are committed to honesty and transparency in our fiscal responsibilities, every exhibit we curate, and every story we tell.
  • Service Through Education – We strive to educate our staff and visitors, providing a factual and engaging look at the challenges and triumphs throughout the city’s history.
  • Legacy of Honor – We preserve the honor and legacy of those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice for the safety of Phoenix.
  • Purposeful Inspiration – We aim to inspire a spirit of civic duty and respect in every guest who walks through our doors.
  • Community Connection – We believe in the power of partnership, working alongside our neighbors while serving as a bridge between the public and the police department.

Preserving our past, to inspire our future
