Badge (MEMORIAL)

The museum is proud to be the sole provider of the Department’s official memorial badge honoring fallen officers. The badge includes features from both the Phoenix Police Memorial and the National Law Enforcement Memorial. The badge is silver-tone for police officers and non-sworn employees and gold-tone for sworn supervisors. The top ribbon is customized with your rank and serial number or civilian A-number at the bottom of the panel. The badge is available to Phoenix Police employees and retirees. The badge is an optional, approved uniform item for wear that can be worn during Police Week and any other memorial event by the Phoenix Police Department. You may purchase multiple quantities, however, if badges are to be engraved with different information, you must order each separately and add them to the cart. Badges can be picked up at the museum upon receipt, mailed, or sent by interoffice delivery. *You will be notified when your badge arrives at the museum.

*NOTE: Due to a catastrophic equipment failure, badge orders are taking approximately 4-5 months to fulfill.
